Shipping Time
Due to the variety of products CupidsBedroom.com sells, shipping times vary between items. Often, shipping time is shown within a products information or in the product description. Generally speaking, we get items out no later then 3-5 business days.
Returns
All products on CupidsBedroom.com are subject to different return criteria. Our return policies may be found within a particular product's information page. For products without specific return instructions noted on the product page; CupidsBedroom.com General Return Policy is as follows:
- All damaged products must be reported within 48 hours to [email protected], if not reported in 48 hours we may be unable to file a claim.
- Unless otherwise noted, all products are returnable within 30 days if still in sealed packaging for a full refund less any applicable restocking fee.
- All products returned for reason other than manufacturer defect or received damaged are subject to 20% restocking fee, and shipping must be prepaid by customer.
- CupidsBedroom.com must be contacted for return authorization prior to shipping an item back to us. Unauthorized Returns will be refused and returned to customer.
- Refusing product delivery without first contacting CupidsBedroom.com for authorization will reslut in a $15.00 unauthorized return fee and shipping will not be refunded.
- Any item shipping "Free Shipping" has the price of shipping built into the price of the item, and any return on such item will be refunded the amount of the product less the amount CupidsBedroom.com paid for shipping.
- Due to the nature of our merchandise, products that are no longer in sealed packaging may not be returned for any reason other then manufacturer defect. There are few exceptions to this policy. If you feel the product you purchased can be returned with open packaging, please ask.
